Integral decoration project
Son Vida’s project originates from a series of visits by the couple to Modelmon. From that point on, following their exquisite taste and their personality traits, decoration and furnishing of the home was completed. Everything combined with the pieces they already owned. Some of the main pieces of their home are: the wallpaper decoration, to bring that personal and warm touch to the rooms; and the indirect lighting system on the façade, stairwell and access points in terracotta ceramics. The master bedroom is a dream come true. A great bed cuddled by some chests that double as bedside tables, two Arab style mirrors, wall lamps in gold foil, lamps with pleated linen screens and embroidered natural silk bedding.
In the dining room area, we find an imposing extendable round table surrounded with chairs in blue velvet, as well as a big sideboard in solid oak. The ample living room is headed by a chimney flanked by a set of cabinets brought directly from Tibet.
The main terrace is presided by a great solid oak table. Another important part of this project is the lighting pieces in the form of foundry lanterns both on the ceiling and the wall. These lanterns have been designed specifically for this home and are combined with big fans. In this area, we can also find the barbeque zone with a great chill out bench.
The swimming pool area takes us to a state of absolute relaxation. Deck sunbeds with their own beach-style parasol, curtains for privacy in the pergola area, as well as an awning to protect oneself from the sun. Finally, we find an annex built completely in wood that reminds us of temples in the far east. This space has been completely transformed in a new room. Complementary services used in this project go from the intervention of a team of painters, to the careful work of one of the specialists on the carpeting of each room.
