Located in the heart of Palma’s old town, this home is the result of a delicate decoration and space usage process. This project mainly aims to reflect its owners’ overwhelming and non-conformist personality. A blend of new and old pieces, different colours and textures make this home a unique and different piece. Art pieces also play a predominant role throughout the house. The owners are great arts enthusiasts.

The kitchen and dining room share a bright open space overlooking an orange-tree patio. Next to the dining table, the mirrors reflect this luminosity and distribute it throughout the room. The fireplace detaches this area with a library where every last space is used. Book collections pile up almost to the ceiling.

The living area is divided into two rooms. On one side is a television section, and on the other is an entertaining area that ignites conversation.

The bathroom is stunning, with its blend of green and gold shades. The whole thing is an invitation to unwind.

The bedroom and office are a true reflection of space usage, leveraging each corner to transform it into a functional element.
