We are pleased to announce a new collaboration with Construcciones Vidal on their Na Burguesa project. Thanks to its success, they have commissioned us to build a third show flat to exhibit to their clients.
Arranging the rooms was straightforward from the start as it had worked in the previous show flats. Our approach was to replicate the arrangement and functional characteristics with new rooms, which were very different from the previous ones, to give a new and fresh look.
The main room of the house is the spacious living room that opens into the kitchen and dining room, which is complemented by the large terrace and its views of Palma Bay. We have chosen grey tones as the leading feature of the space and dotted it with more vibrant hints of colour to add character. An Italian leather corner sofa appears in the foreground together with a painting by Javier Mateos. The sideboard in the background is a clear example of a sculpted piece, with its doors covered in living stone. A work by Jaime Jurado also surrounds the dining table.
The master bedroom, together with the dressing room, is an invitation to total relaxation. Ash-stained oak wood items that provide a touch of warmth to the space are the perfect setting that preludes the great views of the bay.
The two other bedrooms are fully equipped with double beds and all manner of accessories.
The main terrace has a dining and living area. Everything is made of aluminium and suitable for outdoor use all year round. Likewise, the upholstery is all made of waterproof fabric.
