In this new collaboration with Construcciones Vidal, we are located in a residential complex of detached houses in one of the most sought-after areas of Palma. With spectacular views over the bay and quick access to the main arteries, the location could not be better. The property consists of 4 full en-suite bedrooms and spacious dressing rooms. The predominant color tones are wood in natural tones and neutral colors such as beige, ecru or taupe. The surfaces of the most important pieces of furniture were chosen in the same tones, and then we set subtle color accents with the decorative elements.

In the noble area, we also have the living-dining room with an open kitchen. It is a fantastic space overlooked by large sliding windows. The bright upholstered furniture also plays an important role in following the color palette of the house. These pieces are also accompanied by large rugs that bring warmth to these large open spaces.
