We present this project in the Bay of Palma, the result of nearly two years of collaboration dedicated to fully renovating and transforming a home. The owner wanted to breathe new life into the property—both inside and out—and adapt it to his evolving needs. The main goal was to bring a sense of spaciousness to the living areas without compromising the clear definition of each space.

Outdoors, the decision was made to create two new porch areas, making it possible to enjoy the home throughout the year. Thanks to the added square meters, the property now features a generous dining area and a second lounge space that can be used for many more months of the year. This also allowed for the incorporation of larger pieces with greater seating capacity. A large teak table takes center stage in the outdoor area, accompanied by a set of extremely comfortable sofas that blend perfectly with the surrounding stone tones.

Indoors, we worked with wallpaper and structural elements to define the expansive open-plan layout. A leisure area was designed, framed by a custom-made slatted wall and wallpaper in coordinating tones, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. This is followed by a more formal sitting area—ideal for conversation and entertaining guests. From there, the space flows naturally into the kitchen, which has been expanded to include a dining area that feels as though it has always been there.

In short, we have succeeded in creating welcoming, well-defined environments within generous open spaces, giving the home a new life—more functional, comfortable, and harmonious.
